creator fees

fees split at launch, isolated per token

every token launched through Torch splits trading fees 70% to the creator and 30% to the protocol. the creator share is configurable at launch.

creators can decide to route the fees directly back to holders, or to buyback and burn the token. you can also decide to route the fees to a donation wallet.

holder rewards

holding Torch pays twice

two separate revenue streams pay $TORCH holders. one from the token's own trading fee, one from the platform's tools. both are paid out, not accrued.

stream one, the tokens own creator fees.

1% on every Torch trade, split two ways.

70%

straight to holders

paid out in WETH or in Torch via auto buys if wished

30%

burned forever

continuous burns, supply keeps shrinking

stream two, the platform revenue share

holders receive ~25% of net revenue from the trading bot, launchpad and terminal, distributed pro-rata by supply held.

terminalswap and bridge fees from the web app

distributed pro-rata by supply held. the more of the supply you hold, the larger your share.

both streams pay continuously. holding is the only requirement.
